Cancellation/Refund Policy

 

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT
Order once placed can only be canceled within one hour from the time order is placed, you can write to our customer support team at support@aartcentre.com in such cases.
The order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 8 to 10 business days after the cancellation request.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We only exchange our Artwork if they are damaged while in transit. In circumstances where you consider that a product is damaged, you should promptly contact us at support@aartcentre.com with details of the artwork. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement or not. If eligible, we will be sharing fresh artwork.
Please make sure your artwork reaches us within 10 days of delivery for exchange (genuine cases only).
No exchange or return in case of international order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Aart Centre, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our artwork.

There is no warranty on  Paintings and Home Decor products. But If you have received a damaged item, please email us within 12 hours after the delivery. Failing to do so, we would not offer you a replacement or exchange.

Please note: If you have provided the wrong address or mobile number and due to which an order is returned, in that case, we won’t be providing any refund. The mode of refund may vary depending on the circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We don’t accept Order cancellations once it’s in Progress. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
